Wow photo shop 101 is in session. Seriously though I thought the evo platform had been declared dead by Mitsu NA this year. Hybrid or not I thought the evo was going the way of the buffalo.
I don't know if a salesman was tying to make a sale or not but he did tell me that there would be a 2011 evo. I'm in sales, :ahem: I have also lied before.

never said anything about discontinuing the Evo. That is completely fud.

From the looks of things here in Canada, the Evo line isn't selling too well due to a crazy price gap. STI's have been the smarter choice ever since the Evo X came out and only die hard Evo fans would be keen enough to buy one. I have heard a rumor from a couple of different dealerships that 2011 Evos may never see the light of day. Subarus $3k price drop in Canada has put tons of pressure on Mitsu and so far, 2011 STI's are all back ordered with waitlists while the 2011 Evo has yet to be announced. GG Mitsu Canada. Mitsu said yesterday their hybrid drivetrain for what should be the 2013 Outlander is entering its "final development stages"... Evo 11 for 2014 is more than a fact by now based on these news IMO:
