Dare to compare (fin)
So if you were paying close attention you'll notice that Mitsu's "dare to compare" event is now over (as of june 1st). I'm guessing their 2011 lineup isn't far away from announcement, as last year it was around this time when I first heard of the 2010s. Anyone else psyched to find out if they'll have a 2011 evo or not?

I highly doubt it'll be anywhere near as interesting as the changes Subaru is getting.
So, not really. They're going to introduce some stupid low-number "GSR with an SST", an Evo X SE, which will be about as interesting as listening to UT_Evo try out for the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
I'm more sitting on the edge to see if there's even going to be a Mitsubishi in 2011, personally.

the evo x SE you speak of is essentially the ralliart. the 2011 eclipse has been out for a while already because i'm guessing it's american-made. i'm going to guess that the evo x for 2011 will not exist as it didn't in '09 but we will just have to wait and see. personally if it does come out i'd be psyched to find out it had a new color and interior rattle fixed. all they have to do is put the powdered adhesive rubber on the clips like other jap companies do

This is not even close to being right. It is a GSR with Touring lip spoiler, heated seats, HID's, SST transmission, Bilsteins, Eibachs, and 2-pc. front brake rotors. There are only 300 being made for the US.
I've been told there will be a 2011 Evo, but to not expect it for quite a while.

according to someone i know who is sales manager at a local dealership he confirmed yesterday that there will indeed be a 2011 model year Evo! he said more details will come soon but as of now all he knows is that the GSR will come in 3 models and the MR will come in 3 models. GSR will still have 5 speed manual and MR will still have the TC-SST. Evo will get a redesigned exhaust for better flow and note. FUSE will be standard in all Evos.
said he couldnt say anymore without breaching contractual agreements.

Audio/integration system, similar to Ford Sync.

Be a nice upgrade, and a logical move, since the Outlander has it.

Last I heard Mitsubishi was going to bring the Colt over and the Outlander Sport... If they bring the Colt raliart over I'll be more than willing to finance one of those! 164hp and a 0-60 in the high 6's lows 7's unbeatable for less than 20k.
