If you really looks at every panel of the car, it has great lines. And there's nothing wrong with going diesel or hybrid as long as they aren't ruining the Evo, it's the future and some people here should be more environmentally friendly. I just hope the body is smaller than the X with better curves. Like the picture

Environmentally friendly?!?! Plenty of Evo owners run E85.

Seriously tho. My Viii isn't exactly environmentally friendly, it wasn't designed to be. I'm saying don't hate on future Evo's going that route while still being fun and fast. Be open to positive change.

It is what it is. Hopefully, by the time my current Evo is paid off and I have modified it to my hearts content, then taken on a few other projects, there will be an actual aftermarket for these "hybrids".

Though I'm not holding my breath, hybrids have been around for a while and I have yet to see any with aftermarket performance parts.

Oh well, I honestly couldn't care less, I have my Evo.

Well for what it's worth, it's not like your average soccer mom in her prius is worried about popping out another 20 horsepower. Now that they are moving electric for actual sports cars, we can expect to see the aftermarket companies ramp up R&D.

I've SEEN the future. Do you know what it is? It's a 47-year-old virgin sitting around in his beige pajamas, drinking a banana-broccoli shake, singing "I'm an Oscar Meyer Wiener".

Mitsubishi should not be doing thus and continue the legend. The Evo is its own brand. I agree there's nothing wrong with Eco friendly but e-85 isn't exactly friendly you lose more mpg's vs gasoline. Mitsubishi should figure a way to make there cars Eco friendly but keeping the same hype with all thier future sports cars. Since this rumor is true from what I'm assuming parts are going to be more harder to find and more expensive. Since immature teens and retard drivers keep totaling evos this makes my car worth more which is great if I want to sell it but makes me want to drive it less since they will be rare in the future. Plus I hate the new cars they make everything is electronic which is not my forte.
