The CR-Z Mugen is a step in the right direction. Like I said, "hybrid" doesn't have to mean "lame." Reckon Honda'll bring it to the U.S.?

C'mon, MMC! We're going to be up for a second Evolution in 2013 to share space with the MR, and Evo XI better be a proper Evo! Even if it is a hybrid.

Hey it could be 80% motor with a battery for short travels, I dont think Mitsubishi is stupid enough to trash their best vehicle its been out since 92 and they know what the ppl want so I believe there is a glimmer of hope...I HOPE!.

Not sure if I like it yet, but idk if anyone gets mag's in the mail anymore, but i get import tuner, SS, and dsport. about 2 issues back, not that I'm a honda guy, but whoever he was he does custom stuff to get new parts made and test. He had the CR-Z with a turbo kit STILL USING THE HYBRID PART OF IT and made over 550whp. I forget the details of what turbo it was but interesting read. And he states that HE STILL CAN USE THE DIFFERENT MODES AND IN HYBRID MODE HE GETS 30-35 MPG STILL. it was in either SS or import tuner. It seems all and good but they dont really touch the hybrid part of the car really, it still uses almost no motor and all electic when under light throttle or in hybrid mode and provides more power with the different modes. By honda buddy at work jizzed over the guy, so I guess he's important ha

Fuuuuck that noise. Ew. The current model already looks like a shark... don't need to make it look like a plastic economy car... I wouldn't pay evo money for that chunk.

It's kinda sad... just the other day I was thinking about when I'm ready to buy a brand new $40k+ car would it be an evo or a STi? It seems that DSM has made up my mind for me... which is pretty lame considering it'll be about 4 years untill I have the cash for one so the idea of buying one 1-2 years old won't even be an option. Fuuckaa yooouu whaaaaale!!!

I am not convinced on this concept. It looks like Mitsu is really stretching to make things fit. On one hand, the car looks like a Honda. On the other, it looks like a Kia.
