Hello,

I'm getting the MR FQ320 in palma red, with black mudflaps...the dealer is also putting the decat in so I'm looking at about 350bhp..whcih isn't bad considering I'm keeping my warranty.

I quite like the wide mudflaps...very rally, and make the car sit nicely on the road. I'm thinking about getting the tommi makinen decals (similar to those on the red one on page 2).

where can you get the tommi Mak decals? I would love to get them. also the mudflaps are awesome. got the black ones on mine!!

Hi mate.

Not sure where you can get them in the US, but my dealer has given me the option of having them fitted before I pick the car up. I'll ask him where he gets them, and see if they ship overseas (I'm sure they will).

are you talking about those stripes down the sides, or all of the decals on that red one you posted? i LOVE those stripes.

he's talking about the 3 stripes down the side. they are from a special edition evo 6 after Tommi Makinen's world rally championship win.

the stripes. Well they are part of the full tommi mak decals...you also get your bonnet (hood) done with a number, and the doors with numbers too....like this, but on the 8



you can just have the stripes seperately I believe. Makes it stand out (more) whichever you get

how do you think they would look on a white evo? are there other color stripes available?

you could still have the stripes I would have thought. They'd look pretty good as it's just grey white and black. I'll have a look around and see if I can dig some pictures out.

Hello...found a couple of pictures. One is of a silver 6 with stripes, and the other of a white 6 with stripes (you don't know how long it took me to dig that one out) sorry, couldn't find any 8's with them, but this should give you an idea.




the silver evo was done by a man called si...you can email him at mailto:sjs@syclone.eclipse.co.uk . I also hope that the two owvers of the cars don't mind me posting the pics.
