That sounds great, I am psyched. I'll wait till Jan-Feb to buy the car though. Good thing I am about 15 mins away from your dealership. You might be getting my business when I am ready to buy.

Garrick:
I assume if the car is coming out in September, you will be ordering them to spec sometime in August? Once the car is specced out, than the deposit is no longer refundable correct?
For me it's a choice between the MR or the Elise. Both have their advantages. The Elise is about $10k more though and ordering one now wouldn't get me the car until early next year most likely.
Thanks again.

UPDATED: As stated before in another post, I preordered an MR thru Rick Case of ATL. I paid $500 down, and will get MSRP and first in line. The sales manager handling my sale just called me 5 mins ago with new information. The dealership, like a few other large ones, received their committment sheets and ordered 3 MRs, one grey, one silver, and one black. He expects the car to arrive in September as already stated. He also mentioned that he was told from Mitsu corporate that only 800 were being shipped for the first delivery. No ETA on other shipments, prices, or options. I am not sure if the other 2 MRs are spoken for, but it might be worthwhile to get a hold of them. Just a thought.
Please keep in mind this is what he was told from Mitsu corporate. Please no flames stating there is no such thing as a silver or black MR. I am well aware we have not seen these colors on an MR, this is just what his sheets said he was getting. <shrug>

The increase in power, new colors, lsd, e-acd, and meter cluster are all STANDARD for the 2005 Evos not just for the MR according to this link
http://media.mitsubishicars.com/deta...54184&mime=ASC
so basically the only difference the MR is having is the Bilstein shocks, BBS rims, New Gray color, 6 speed and some acc. according to that link
I'm keeping my Evo
