Um...no way your hitting mid to low 12's on a stock U.S. GSR. The best ive seen in person for a U.S. gsr is 13.1 and even that most people have a hard time believing that. Better believe it was a lil chilly out. Most run between 13.4-13.8 depending on the car and who is driving it. For the MR you can expect low 13's at best with the occasional one pulling off a 12.9 if he is lucky and has a really cool day out. A little bit of the weight reduction will help the car sprint a lil faster, and the six speed will help too ( the jdm evo rs 6 speed was slightly faster than the jdm rs 5 speed ) but it will not be a super difference for drag racing. The biggest difference in time you will see will be around an actual track or road course, especially if it does have the s-ayc. You wont really notice it in daily drving conditions though, or so I hear.

Yeah I believe the HP rating is only around 276-280, but the TQ has went up to 295. This brings up a question I have, how can HP go up so low but TQ go up so high, aren't the two inner-related, if TQ goes up by 22, wouldn't HP see the same or atleast close to same increase? Is the MR HP rating really underrated, I mean it has a bigger turbo, but only an increase of 5 to 9 HP

Do you feel comfortable in the UK/JDM spec seat? Dunno why the USDM version get wider seat, i don't think evo drivers in the state have obesity problem.
