Evo FQ400 MR in CAR magazine!

WOW!! Nice lip on the front. Anyone notice the check engine sign and what looks like a check brake sign?? lol.
30th.. Anniversary EVO huh, I sure hope Mitsubishi brings something like that for us.
Too bad we don't get those gauges, with the Ralliart sign.
It's probably just a mileage service light since they're putting a couple thousand miles per day on it at the track.

You can't just use the exhange rate as there are other factors in pricing the same car in the US. I think a better approximation would be $50,000 - $60,000 in the US (which I would not hold my breath for) based on the following:
Standard EVO (280 PS) 26,801 pounds
45,000/26,801 = 1.67
1.67 * 30,000 (US EVO GSR) = $50,371
1.67 * 35,000 (US EVO MR) - $58,450
Yes, the UK EVO has S-AYC, but then again it also has a much shorter warranty (3 years), which cuts the cost a bit.

All I have to say is wow. That changed my schema of a supercar entirely, better start saving money to import, hehe. I better show this to my old man, he would go nuts. He would seriously call ralliart and try to import one. If he does I'll let u guys know.

basically the FQ400 is double the price of the stock evo, so I guess your estimate of about 60k would be OK.

Hehe...you don't wanna move, trust me. I spent three years in England and they were very fun years....but damn is it hella expensive to live there. And exchange rate is EVERYTHING! If you are working for dollars, you're gonna get screwed. Gas is over $4 a gallon, music CD's are $22 and your cable bill will run you roughly $70 just for basic service. Driving a car is expensive there, you pay for road tax (for the Evo is about $300 a year) and the annual inspections for smog and road worthiness.
So if you like the idea of moving to England, better make sure you have a high paying job lined up that pays you in £ not $.
I know most of you are daydreaming but seriously, you can build that same car they have over there (minus the S-AYC of course) for a lot cheaper than you would pay for one new in the UK.

just raised my goal for my evo a little. instead of 300-325whp I want something more like 350-375whp. that is absolutely incredible. that brings a tear to my eye. it's just pure joyfull to see an evo being compared with a zonda. I just can't get over it. that's freaking cool.
