I also have the turbosmart dual port bov. I had it sent pretty soft at first because I liked to hear the loud psshhh. But it felt like it was running rich, so i tightened it all the way down. I still get the psshhh but the car runs a lot better (more responsive, and no more dropping rpm blow normal idle). So maybe if you ran it all the way hard it would get rid of the fluttering.
