Engine Overboost...getting pissed!!!
Ever since its been getting cold outside at nights my car has been throwing the engine overboost code. i run 21 psi on the Greddy EBC without a boost spike, i even turned it down to 19 psi to see what happens and it still comes on...i've adjusted the MAF HZ to 2300 in the peramiters but still nothing changes. It will happen from a low RPM pull in 2nd gear and above. So what could it be?? Jack your input would nice as well....

You can't really prevent the code from popping up, but it doesn't have any impact on the UTEC or the car. I get the same thing on some days..
The only time I don't get it is if I set my UTEC boost control to 19psi and then drop to 16psi at 4500rpm, which is basically what the stock setting would be.. But I use that for my map1 so I can pass an OBD-II check with no codes..

are you hitting fuel cut? I had the same thing with my stock injetors when i had issues with fuel cut. I had to upgrade to bigger injectors to get rid of it. Now i have system too lean CEL's. It's kinda hard to dodge CEL's when you start making power. I had like 7 codes and didnt lose any power
