LMAO @ When I start shipping this software with new units, the box will be jumpered right from "the factory." (Note: the factory = my kitchen table!)

Tom,

Ordered mine today. The young lady at MACH V told me they were out and that she should be seeing some more units about Tues of next week. Are those gonna be OBD-II ready ?

Yup... it's been ODB-II ready for months now. Tom jsut kep it a secret until he can finalise the software. Sneaky eh!

Probably not shipping with this software, but hardware-ready. I still have to finish the Palm implementation of this before I can start shipping units with the OBD-II capability in and running, and I probably won't finish that this weekend. Upgrades are really easy, though.

I got a question when will the harness be availible for the 9 and is the ecu + compatible with the 9?

There's another thread about this. Short answer: 1. don't know right now (I don't make the harness) and 2. we'll see when I get a harness and a car to test on, though I hope there are no changes.

Yeah - I got the Palm software done tonight for this, so I should have a release containing this new functionality later in the week (still gotta update the manual). Check out the screenshots.
