Also if you search, you can find what u can do to your car w/o destroying the warranty. A Flash, K&N drop-in filter, etc can't be detected by dealers.

Search for "mod-friendly dealers" and there are numerous posts and threads on where to go, who to see, etc.
Most places will void warranties because of mods. If you add horsepower, they'll say the drivetrain couldn't take the added stress of more hp/trq and will void that portion of the warranty. Its almost impossible to get your warranty to cover things after modifications, since they pull all sorts of business. I would maybe get a boost controller and a flash. They may be OK at some dealerships with that.

I am just asking if thats going to void something. My friend had a 350Z and he asked the dealership to put 19 inch rims on it, if not his not going to buy the car. So the dealership put 19inch on it, then later on about 3 months after he got the car the transmision stop working. The dealer replace everything but put the stock rims on the car and told him its only a one time deal. If he put his 19 inch back and it breaks its his problem.

I know my friend got denied of the free service because he changed the muffler only not even cat back... I think only way to deal with that kind of situation is to bribe the service manager.

The xede is your best bet for power, its easy to take off with no change to the current Ecu, plus it can control boost. Your other option is to get some sort of plug and play standalone system.
