Why cant i get to the setup parameters?

Why cant i get to the setup parameters?
For some reason I can not get to the setup parameters anymore on the little control unit. I can see all the others but it wont let me go to the setup... anyone know why it just disappeared??

to get setup you need to press the middle button for 10-15 seconds.
