Try getting a hold of Ken at Peakboost.com, he has used the Hydra on a '05 Evo running Supra-sized turbos and seems to like it. Maybe he can let you in on the benefits of this EMS.

Thanks for the responses.

I am currently in Hong Kong but I am from Canada. I ran a Hydra on my subaru for about 2-3 years. I installed the Hydra on the EVO 6 just this past month only because I had it laying around and didn't want to spend a lot more for the usual 8K for HKS Fcon +tuning charges.

I received a base map with my harness and the knock threshold was

1600 - .9
2400 - .94
3200 - .92
4000 - .9
4800 - 1.02
5600 - 1.18
6400 - 1.44
7200 - 1.6

The reason I ask is because my subaru had a similar threshold as the above. I never saw over 1.7 volts on the stock subaru knock sensor even at 6500 rpm with 28psi on a GT30. and the base map came with these. However, when I drive around I see consistant .6 to 1 volt averages and even 2 volts on cruise. 25% throttle and around 2500 rpm. But its a bit jumpy. So i'm not too sure. the pattern is totally different with the subaru which was more consistant. I know engines are and sensros are vastly different but still want to make sure.
