AFR while building boost

Whats the normal safe afr. Between 2500 and 3500 while the car is building boost. I ask because I noticed my car running in the 12 range normaly till the boost hits fully then she smooths out to mid 11. But I just recently installed a new fmic and a GM maf. And I noticed my afr went to mid 13 while building boost then back to mid 11 once she's at full boost. Any thoughts? What afr is normally seen on a car with 272 cams stock turbo 3inch tbe and GM maf along with a intake in that rpm range.

13 is lean. I would be careful. That is exactly the range my car was in when it blew the other week. Of course my EMS was tuned for 11's in that area. So I believe my problem was my fuel pump, but be careful.

My car gets richer with te adition of boost. At 0 psi 0 vac my car is 14.0 - 14.5 (closer to 14.0 with more RPM) but my afr drops progressively with boost and i hit 12.0 afr at 10psi and it keeps droping to 11.3afr at 20psi.. Granted I have Autronic and it's alot easier for me to control all of this vs. using an afc or something of the like. not running it super fat off boost or going into boost helps your turbo spool up quicker... I dont want to claim my setup the right thing to do but i know of many people that are tuned the same way and it works for me....

Well I had to add 2% fuel from 2500 to 3500 to get the afr in the mid 12s but after 3500 she goes mid 11s should I add more fuel down low to get the afr closer to 12.0 before boost hits?
