Blowing fuse...

Does anyone else get the problem of blowing the 10 amp engine fuse when you save a map every once in a while. I am thinking this has something to do with the ground on the UTEC.

very strange, i haven't had the problem nor heard of anything of the sort happening, is there anything else hooked up with the Utec besides the tuner?

I have never heard of a blown fuse.. Occasionally if you have a few things hooked up to the ECU power you will blow the fuse, but just the UTEC shouldn't cause it..

The only thing I have hooked up to the fuses is the map selector and thats on a different fuse, everything else in my car has a direct power source with the battery...

the map selector doesn't have any power requirement.. That connector is shared with the shift lights so I'm assuming you mean either that or the solenoid/relay output.. Which requires a relay because anything that draws more than a few mA of current will blow your fuse.
