Question Help with bad idle.

I recently bought a 2003 evo 8 with new fuel injectors, pump, and fuel rail. The injectors are 720cc and the pump is 255. The idle is not the problem. It can sit idle fine. It when you rev it or drive it that is the problem. It has no problems while driving, it happens when you put the clutch in and the rpm fall back to idle. Usually the RPMs go below idle, the car shakes like its going to die and sometimes it does die. It makes the car really hard to drive becuase it almost always either dies or comes close. I have an ECU+ tune kit, I just dont know what to change where to make it stop happening. If someone could help me figure out what I need to do to get that to stop it would be awsome. Thanks.
