Scott custom road tuned my car and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results.
The man installed my cams in record time too!
Obviously, your location will probably prevent a custom road tune for being an option, but given his level of experience and the results all of the locals have had using Scott's skill, I guarantee you'll be pleased with everything he has to offer. you can be surely he'll offer great after sale support as well.
Granted, I have since sold my car (like an idiot), however, I have actually just exchanged e-mails with the new owner today and he too is tremendously pleased with the car's power level so far. So much so in fact, he's already used up the brand new tires I put on the car for him. (within a month)

If you like people who work out of their garages, yeah, he's the way to go. I had an over $3600 worth of parts installed on my old IX with him. My only complaint was when I came back the front passenger floor board was covered with wiper fluid, I guess the resevoir line was hit when he was doing my shocks - I don't know, it's what I was told. After doing electrical work on my suspension controller I had received a check engine light. I drove back to his house and he attempted to fix it, didn't happen. Mitsubishi had to clear it in the end.

The rear washer lines have quick disconnects at the front fender grommet. When running lines through this area, in rare cases the line can pop off the disconnect.
