ECU flash by 4-wheel-slide
Just wanted to share my experience with (4 wheel slide)'s ECU flash.
Just like most ppl on here, I was out researching my options to get my ECU flashed.
I have the following mods:
Evo 9 turbo
TBE exhaust / Apexi intake
LICP
Greddy Profec EBC
After narrowing down my choices of who I wanted to go with... I emailed and PM'ed some of the companies. Most replied with estimates, but some never returned emails, or PMs. Giving them the benefit of the doubt (I'm sure they get swamped with emails..., I emailed them again in regards to some general questions I had...) No response. I won't say which companies they were because I'm sure some people have good experience with them.
The companies I had in line were pricey, which kinda put me in a spot to just screw the mail-in / email flash, and just go for a full dyno tune.
That's when 4 wheel slide and I got in touch and considered his services.
After much talking, I couldn't pass up the price.
4 wheel slide--> Tamer was extremely quick to reply to answer any questions you had.
We started out with the base map, then gradually worked our way up.
After working with Tamer over the phone and email, we dialed the car in.
The change is very noticeable, and feels great.
I know a lot of people on this forum are hesitant to try new vendors, but I think Tamer's excellent customer service and help was very well worth the money.
I'm sure people who are reading this is probably thinking...where are the dyno charts? the A/F readings... well I don't have access to any yet, but hopefully I will soon, cuz I'm curious for myself.
I'm sure Tamer will chime in... but as for overall service TAMER =
