Boost Controller Kit Help
Hey guys,
Recently bought the boost controller kit for the power fc in my evo6 and have run into a bit of a problem.
The Loom for the map sensor has a 3 wire plug and the socket where its meant to go into the powerfc is a 5 wire socket.
i found this on a website.
QUOTE:
Alternatively below is the pin out diagram for the Boost Control Kit port. This is for the 3 pin version only. I am unsure of the pinouts for the 5 pin version.
1 = Voltage+
2 = Signal
3 = Ground
Does anyone know the pinouts for a 5pin powerfc so i can rewire?
Cheers in advance.

hi polaz,
paul here, i wrote the faq where you quoted that text and picture from.
you have two options you could either change it for a 5 pin boost kit
or you can try and hook it up yourself
the 3 pins on the 3 pin kit i have marked out (from the diagram above) but the other two pins should just be positive and ground so you cant really get them wrong.
but be careful if you do get them wrong or apexi have changed the format on the 5 pin socket then you could fry stuff. maybe best to get your kit swapped to the 5 pin kit as that would be easier and it would be a direct plug and play
