Our last dyno run was at 270 at the wheels. Then we added:
Downpipe
Cat delete pipe
intercooler piping
intake
SAFC
more boost...

so that helped it to get there.

Oh hey Vivid, when's my RMR carbon fiber gauge pod coming in, and which one are you? Dan or Mike?
What boost are you running with those settings? and what are the O2 voltages (AFR)?

~21psi (manual boost controller), and my O2 reading is right around .880 to .9xx at WOT near redline. No detonation. Spark plugs look good, and I'd hear the "bad" stuff.

nice, thanks Dan.

With my settings (which seems more aggressive than most on this list), I'm still running too rich. Soot always cakes my exhaust tip on every drive, and the O2 is reading in the mid .900's at WOT near redline. I won't tune it any more aggressive until I get a wideband or at least an EGT.

I am running no cat, I don't know if that makes a difference to how each of you set yours up.

I will do some testing with all the different settings to give my overall outcome. The problem is it is 117 degrees here at to hot to do anything!!!

So I will try and give some assistance when I do some night runs!

Be careful on those 02 readings guys.....while its really not an ideal way to tune, due to the very fickle way 02 sensors work, you ideally want to see no less than .91-.92 volts..that will translate into a final AFR that is both good at producing power, yet rich enough not to kill anything.

Have not played with the SAFC on an Evo yet, but on the DSM's we usually like 20%-25% as the low throttle and 65-70% for high.

Buschur gave me my settings, 35% for low, 60% for high. They dyno tested everything, but set it up conservative for the poor slobs who have to run 91 octane

I've made my settings more aggressive, yet still running on the rich side a bit. Like I said, when I get my wideband, I'll have it down to a science.

I'm going to try those other settings and log them if I can tonight or tomorrow.. I'm definitely open to doing some road tuning with the wideband at some point if you want to get your hands on the Evo..

christ.... I have all the same mods, even the intake....except I have a EBC vs MBC and the K&N intake(cone) vs the drop in and have less HP than you with 94 octane.... must be the AFC settings.... I'll try yours
...... plus we live in the same state....

A/f FOR ME is between 10.9 and 12.1 with these settings.

No Low Throttle settings but it's set to 60%

Mods are: Ultimates 3" T-back, SAFC2, K&N drop in, Grounding cables, AMS MBC set at 1.4 bar. I have the dyno sheet if anyone wants to see it. Just send me your email.
