Po172 Need Help

Second time it came on. System too rich (Bank 1)
Mass air flow or 02 What is the best way to find the fault?
Was running at 3125 RPM when fault came on. Thanks

which injectors?
this code is usually triggered when the short term fuel terms are lower than -20%

Readings

Long term fuel trim bank one -12.48%
short term was 94.38%
Air flow rate at 5.42 lbs/min
RPM 3125
Advance 29.0 deg at 1

Readings when fault went off freeze frame.
Any ideas ?

p0171 and p0172 are now maf codes,

no ****.... but when you have a bad maf sens. and its giving the ecm wrong rich readings the ecm is going try to compinsate and doesn't and the o2 sensor senses rich readings your gonna get this code!!!

o2 sensor

Can the o2 sensor create a po172 making the Map look bad?

yes, a o2 can trip that code due to a malfunctioning maf

I got this code when I had a huge boost leak at the turbo outlet pipe to turbo flange. To late to fix it that night so I waited untill the next day and drove the car out of boost. I did throw that code anyway
