LC-1, XD-16 Error 2 (first use)

Im feeling for the tip where the actual sensor and heater element are. No heat, I let it sit on E2 for a solid 10 minutes after starting the setup from scratch.
-The innovative forums are full of dead sensor/lc-1 threads, but all are after some use. This unit has never been used.

I really should have gotten the Z. I think the LC-1 cal features sold me though. I'm working on removing the stock mr oil thermocouple wiring right now. Ill take a break and check the wiring yet again. Im using the ECU 12V, (also tried battery 12V with a relay switch triggered from stereo remote wire). The ground is a grounding T-block I installed that pulls right from the negative battery terminal. Doesnt get much more grounded than that.

Why are you all of a sudden thinking about the Z? No one mentioned anything about the Z to my knowledge...
We'll get you up and running... Just need verification that everything is hooked up right...

if your in nj ill come buy tomorrow. idk where you live.
something is not right. hum. for the hell of it brake the pos and ground wire just to see if it will reset its self. then reconnect them. then do the startup setup. i dout it will work but what the hey.
or it could just be you got a defected unit.

The condition of the wiring is excelent. The undercar portion is heat-shrunk then poly-foam insulated followed by corrug. tubing with the seam sealed by high-temp plastic solder. essentially platic jb-weld. This runs to the LC-1 mounted to the front crossbar with 2 adel clamps in a sheetmetal box with rubber grommets, from the drivers-side floor hole with a hole drilled in the grommet to prevent shock/cutting on the edge. The only thing exposed to anything is the sensor/sensor harness to the LC-1. I hope they dont want the whole damn thing back again. I installed it before I got the missing terminator plug, so when it light up - - - I took that as a good opcheck and did a very secure install. (<-mistake).
