Apexi SAFC
Looking for advise on the subject. I just bought an evo7 and the previous owner had a SAFC installed. Can this cause any problems. The car is basically stock walbro pump and running 15psi low boost & 20 high K&N drop in, 3inch exhaust. What do you suggest I do leave it in or remove and tune the stock ecu. Can this cause any harm to the motor?

If the settings are correct and it is tuned properly it should not hurt the motor. If things are running good, leave it in for now, until you make a decision on what you want to do.
If you really want to remove it double check and make sure the stock injectors are still in there. If they are, then it should be OK to remove the S-AFC and leave the boost low until it can be tuned.

I would remove the SAFC. It doesnt do anything for the EVOs really... Sell it and get a tune you will be much happier. I had one in my car at one point in time and ended up selling it to a guy with a Lexus IS300.
