I personally would adjust the fuel map, but only after scaling them properly.

Tiny tick can lead to a big problem, could be cam related or something internal. Take it to a shop to investigate.

As far as the head upgrade and boost, you are pushing the limits on a stock non meth/e85'd motor. 93 oct and 28psi stock turbo you may consider alternate fuel or have a nice race intercooler(garret core - buschur race/ams)

New injectors require scaling, do a search for an explanation...

You can't. Your ECU is programmed for 560cc injectors only.
Even if you stepped up to the next size injector, 650cc's, your car would run like crap. Any injector upgrade requires changing injector scaling, latncies, and fuel maps. And if you you can do this, you have the right monitoring equipment, and you are tuning anyway.
You also can't raise the boost that high with out changing the boost limit in the ECU.
The good news is that you can get the Burshur stuff you want, or need, with the stock injectors if you just just keep the boost down and everything you need to know about changing things in the ECU can be found here;

I am looking into injectors too. But not until I change the turbo. But I would think you need a tune with any injector change as others have said.

You might not be having a problem now, but you are not monitoring and running efficiently.

Good Luck
