Help me with Cobb AP

I just bought a Cobb AP and was wondering which map I should run. My car is bone stock except for a Works drop-in filter and a Perrin catback running pump 91. I read the stage 1 ACN91 mapping and it doesn't state anything about having an aftermarket catback on. Should I run the stage 2 mapping or stage 1? Also, I don't run catless as it'll be pretty loud with my Perrin cbe... I'd appreciate if someone can chime in. Thanks!

Read into this, it will help you decide... I think stage one is for bone stock.

Yes, I've read them both. But, which map should i run with my parts? I've only a Works drop in and a Perrin catback. Getting a dp soon in the future.

come on, man. Compare the required parts and compare them to your own.

Why don't you get a map made for you?

Yes, you can have a catback. It tells you right on the AP when you pick stage 1 map. Stage 1 is stock, but you can have the cobb intake and catback.

It's been stated by Cobb that you might actually be able to get away with running stage 2 map with a downpipe and stock catback. The concern is that with the stage2 mapping and the smaller diameter downpipe, your egt's will be too high and potentially damaging. You'll also not see the boost levels you were hoping to see.

You absolutely want to be running the stage 1 map. If you plan on upgrading the rest of your exhaust system, then you can run stage 2, or you may want to consider getting a custom map made. I don't really think the gains you'll see going custom map over stage1 base map will be worth the $$$.
