Need some help...the evo is stalling and ideling high

need help guys my evo is stalling...i had it tuned and the car is ideling at 2 rpm when its in neutral...is this normal??anyone who has had this problem??

did it start immediately after the tune?

iac valve?

yep it did but every time i get to a stop stalls

sometimes if you have a big turbo and big intake pipes. could this happend. and after tunning its frequently
