61 degrees of timing advance for start up

Is it normal to have 61 degrees of timing advance for starting of the engine? I noticed this on my scanner while plugging it in to check a code on my IX. Please advise.

From what I have seen, EVOScan will not sync all the time while starting the car and give bad data.

this isn't from a log. This is from my OBD2CAN scanner that I had plugged into the port to clear a P0300. I cleared the code and for the hell of it went into "live data" when the engine wasn't running, but the key was in ready-to-start position. I saw the timing advance at a solid 61, and normally I see 10 as a value say for example in my other vehicle.

Why dont you check your timing advance when the car is RUNNING? Key on means nothing if the motor isn't turning.

I logged 61 degrees with the engine not running too. It's impossible to have spark advance at 0 RPM so the number is meaningless.
