I have one tuned but it's been out of my car for close to two years now mostly due to a lack of support for it down here at the time. I've played with the idea of having it reinstalled though. Brice at Alamo Autosports tuned mine.

There is nothing that I really need to know about it. I had it taken out because of a sensor that went bad on it (the internal MAF sensor). After several failed attempts of me trying to get ahold of someone within Autronics about it going out, I just had my tuner flash my ECU with ecuflash software and have been using that software or flash ever since. I may look into having my Autronic fixed though or maybe just upgrade to the newer version if there is one. The one that I have is the SM2 vesion I believe.

I have it in my car, and I tune for Douglas Autoworks. My car has made 857 awhp at 39psi on Pump E85, and an estimated 900 awhp at 42psi. I drive the car on cruise nights as well as to the track, and have started on as cold as 15 degree nights while on E85. The ECM is over 13 years old with SM2 software on it, and it has never let me down.
