They both hold boost well. When MRFRED did his BCS testing, I believe that the GM responded the quickest.

Also, the reasons I previously said are valid reasons and not just "Oh, this one is better". They are real observations from having used/tuned both BCSs.

IMHO, the GM is easier to tune. It just seems more responsive and more consistent.

First, its seems like your vending without being a vendor. Thats a big no-no. And since you vend Grimmspeed, that makes your recommendation very bias.

Next, That thread is titled "Which 3 Port Boost Solenoid", NOT "Which EBCS? GRIMMSPEED FTW", which is what you put it as. Trying to be deceiving??

Last, even though the Grimspeed got more "votes" in that poll, if you look at the results, "GST Motorsport", one of the best ECU boost tuners in the USA, picked the GM.

I wrote both of the How-Tos on ECU boost control and have been regarded as one of the great ECU boost tuners. I have used and tuned the Grimspeed and still pick the GM as the better BCS. Also, I do NOT sale ANY parts, so my opinion is unbiased.

second- it looks like I simply took a thread that has already asked the question and posted the link. The thread asked teh question of MANY different EBCS units and Grimmspeed came out on top,

Am I grimmspeed... yes.. Why? They sponsor my evo along with MAP and I have made great results using products from both.

I know Grimmspeed works.

If you even read my whole post, you would have read that I DONT sale ANY parts and have nothing to gain or lose.

Im only worried about making sure my fellow EVO enthusiast gets the best 3port BCS, which in IMHO is the GM.

That R&D showed nothing as the solenoid wasnt tested against other solenoids. MRFRED tested ALL the popular 3port BCS and I believe that the GM was the most responsive and came out on top.

Next, that "poll" doesnt matter. People just go in and vote. Most of them have NOT used and tuned BOTH, and dont even tune ECU boost themselves, so their opinion is bias and only half of the story. Just because its "popular" doesnt mean its the best.

I think when you have a couple of the best ECU boost tuners, who have used and tuned both and have tuned many cars on ECU boost, recommending the GM, that says ALOT more.

PS good idea on deleting those vending links.
