Question delay on accelerating and back firing after changing spark plugs

I have been working on this car for 4 days. I have a evo 9, 2006. Well, any way I changed spark plugs with new NGK Iridium. After I did this The car started to run rough and was backfiring. I thought it was the coils. So, I bought new coils and spark plug wires. I am still having the same result. I checked for vacume leaks , exhaust leaks, checked my intercooler piping for leaks. I have found no leaks anywhere. Just to tell you I did not take off the negative battery cable when I was replacing the plugs. I was just wondering did I mess up the computer. I went to the Mitsubishi they said no way possible. Because they do it all the time. I placed a scanner on it . i came up with codes 106 and 306. I am looking for codes on the net I do not see them. Man I am frustrated. Please someone help.
