EVO9 MR having major issues

Hey guys, this is my first post on this site.

I picked up an 06 mr on friday. on the way home from the dealer (2 hour drive) i floor it and it feels like its miss firing.

well saturday it was running like CRAP! if you gave it full throttle it felt like it was running on two cylinders.

Last night Sunday I changed the spark plugs and the car ran like a freakin champ!

Then today its even worse than it was before the spark plugs were changed.

the engine code it was flashing was a random miss fire... it does have a 30 day warranty but its through a ford dealership and i dont think theyre qualified to work on my beast :-(

Car is bogging, sputters at full throttle. help please

Well i thought the spark plugs were never changed, i pulled them out, and they were BS autozone brand AUTOLITe, i ordered NGK plugs which come tomorrow, but i put new autolite plugs in there just for the nite to see if that was the problem.

I did forget to mention, i forgot to disconnect the battery when i changed the plugs,

and the only mod is an injen intake and it has an exhaust. both came on the car. fajitsubo exhaust i believe.
