help: 2004 evo clicking noise? and belt whining with video

hey everyone. i just wanted to mention that about 2 months ago i brought my evo in to do the major tuneup with belts pump etc. after driving it for a while i started realizing the clicking sounds and belt whining. i asked around and i realized that the belt was probably over tightened? the guy at the shop told me it was because the belt is new and just needed to settle down. its been about 3k-4k miles or so and it is still doing it. also the belt is gates racing timing belt. heres a video link that i posted. please let me know what the heck that is! thanks everyone.

could be a pulley... Take off your accessory belt and check your pulleys. Start the car without the belt and see if its still there. If it is then it could be one of your timing belt pulleys. How many miles are on you car?

It's at 86k as of right now. Could it be that the timing belt is over tightened that is making the pulley have issues?
