NEED HELP ASAP, PTE 1600cc scaling, latency
#6
why not try and determine it yourself using the normal process?
have you tried the manufacturer?
have you considered using the 1200cc numbers and increasing them by 1/3 as a start and then do the scaling/latency process?
cheers

they are likely to be difficult to dial-in
but start with something like 1.08ms at 14 volts latency
set all cells in your fuel map above load 120 to 11.5:1 AFR
do a WOT pull on low boost - check your AFR
if lean, reduce your injector scaling
if rich, increase your injector scaling
repeat this until you get the scaling that gives the closest match to 11.5 ARF
when you have got the WOT fuel more or less matching what is in the fuel map, then start adjusting the latencys to get the fuel trims in check.
Remember, latency errors wont have much affect on WOT AFR, but injector scaling will have an affect on fuel trims.
You will probably have to repeat this a few times too. Good luck!
