Hi BHP.
There's no such thing as a switchable ALS truly.
I should preface that with stating that many people confuse the Evo's factory launch control or no lift to shift (NLTS) systems with an antilag system. Those actually aren't ALS at all though.
If you're looking for a TRUE ALS, then you'll have to make semi permanent changes to your vehicle. Depending on the system you choose, you'll need a full standalone ECU that supports it, and a manifold that has the plumbing for it. Regarding the "switchability" that can be done with the tune and the ECU.
