I just got my base rom from my Tom, and he uses evoscan to flash the rom....
Problem is I can only flash a rom with ecuflash with the tactrix 2.0 cable, but i can datalog with the evoscan.
I only have the option for the 1.3u cable in evoscan for flashing, and it doesn't recognize my 2.0 cable....
How can I get evoscan to flash with the tactrix 2.0?

Do you have the reflash adapter. In order to reflash Evo 5-9 with the openport 2.0 you need the reflash adapter.

Yes...I can flash with ecuflash and log with evoscan...but the file Tom sent doesn't work with ecuflash, and when I try to flash with evoscan it only has an option for the 1.3 cable...

I don't think you can flash with evoscan. I am not 100% though.

I got it too flash with ecuflash...I just need the correct xml.
