Switched BOV, re-tune?

Hey guys, I just took out my obnoxious hks bov(open vent) and installed the stock IX bov(Re-circulating). I got tuned with my hks bov on, would I need a re tune now? I do not want my engine to blow lol.

It really depends. It should run much better with the Recirc bov anyway.(drivability I mean). Best way is to log it and see. Good luck!

Okay, thank you very much. I do not have a logging thing though lol. I honestly think I should be fine. Ill have to go for a drive when all the snow clears up.

Your engine isn't going to blow, that's not even possible with swapping a bov. You'll be fine. If it was tuned to compensate for the vta bov while shifting I suppose it could run a little leaner but nothing dangerous.
