I can't beleive how these guys treat customers
I order a lot of parts for my EVO from gruppes, so I reffer my friend with a WRX to get a set of buddyclub suspension from them since they are always very polite and helpful. This past weekend, my friend have a problem with the BC coilover (don't want to go into detail) and so I tell him to call gruppeS for help. They take care of my friend immediately by sending a new part to him and answer all his questions and concerns. Very very professional and top notch servise. I will only buy parts from them from now on. My other friend is taking delivery of a 05 RS by the end of the month, he have a full list of what to get for his car and he will get everything from Gruppes too. Seriously, there are so many shop out there to compete in price. I will still get the product from them even maybe if its a few bucks more to get a peace of mind. 
We are from NY and they are from CA, they can simply say screw you and we can't do jack about it. But now he earns a few more loyal customers!!

couldn't agree more, these guys are THE BEST!! 3 years of dealing with them and nothing can beat the service i got from these guys.

Great service and response!!! I ordered a Helix 3in downpipe from them a while back. It was missing the gasket!!! So I contacted them. They responded quickly that same day and shipped me a gasket overnight!!! Got it the next day!!! I give then 2 thumbs up 
Will do business with them again. I wish other venders will follow their ways!!! Keep up the good work!!!

I too have experienced first-rate customer service. I ordered the Craig Hardy panel and the one I received had a scratch down the side. I was hesitant to ***** about it but they swapped me for a perfect one and no questions asked.
