Confused??

Hey I have read many posts (with dyno and filtration data) that indicate the stock setup really cannot be beat....So why do folks go with these aftermarket setups?

Also, why aren't people talking about RAM induction? I saw that evodave has a kit with on of the headlights removed -- this would seem to be a much more advantageous setup (IMHO)...Any thoughts??

cooler air, direct air keeps temps down...stock intake type setups are good but after a tune af intakes can make the difference!!!!

yes, and turbo spool is significantly quicker without the airbox restriction

She (sounded cute, BTW) said that this cage and filter would be available seperately and can be adapted to the RS Suction Kit! Didnt know the ETA, though!

Gruppe-S: Speaking of filters, Lancershop sells different colored filters? Can you get your hands on a red one like they did? I hate that freakin yellow bumble-bee color!
ive spoken to that chick a few times, and she does sound hot lol

I have this intake kit and it has worked well along w/ the HKS Kansai CF Intake box. A slight modification is needed to fit the HKS RS reloaded kit w/ HKS kansai CF box tho. I noticed a much quicker turbo spool up and I can hear the stock diverter valve (bov affect) much louder and clear now. i love it!

i have that intake on my car. there is only one pipe. it goes from the turbo to the backside of the maf and then theres an adapter so you can mount the maf to the filter. go to worldoneperformance.com and there is a number you can call them. it took me 1 week to get mine...
