whats the different between a t25 and a t28 performance wise which one is going to be better?
Comperssor Side
Garrett GT-25R Wheel Dia. Wheel Trim A/R
Max HP Rating 250HP 54.4 mm 60 . 64

Exhaust Side
Wheel Dia Wheel Trim
53mm 62

Compressor Specs
Garrett GT-28R Wheel Dia. Wheel Trim
Max HP Rating 300 60mm 60

Exhaust Side
A/R Wheel Dia. Wheel Trim
.64 53mm 62

GT-28RS
Max HP Rating 340HP

What would be ther better buy for a turbo kit a FMU FPR or Greddy emanage unit?
The simpler solution and least expensive would be the FMU. Not all FMU's are created equal so dont buy just anything. These are good quality Rising Rate FMU's that work.

With a Fuel pump, Fuel Pressure Regulator and E-Manage or SAFC you can get more of a fine tune for Air/Fuel but its 3 times the cost for maybe a 15 HP gain.

then with MHI you have the td05 or td06 housing. garrett turbos have the t25 or t3 turbine housings/flanges. then you've got bastardized/hybrid turbos.

this subject is much beyond most would want to post unless they got the time and feel like schooling you folks. google.
Couldnt have put it better myself. Sometimes doing your own homework teaches you VOLUMES more than being spoonfed all the time.

buy the 255 walbro. you can tune it to be near perfect, and u have room to turn up the psi later on. PLUS the 255 has a WAYYYY higher resale value if u ever go to sell it.

DO NOT buy the cheaper knock off no name ones, i keep hearing nightmares about them.

the 190 would be plenty for 5psi, but for 7psi it would be at its limits when tuned correctly.
