Rrm Turbo Kit
i just wanted to say how much i love this kit. now that it is cooling down outside its like a whole new car. SOOO many people ask about it, mainly "is that the car that was in the Super Street Issue?" 
i surpize SOOO many people with the kit cause my car looks stock. ive had the kit for 10 months now and still a joy to drive everyday. just thought i would vent a little....any other turbo guys feel the same?
btw the Tial Wastegate has to be the BEST thing in the world next to good sex.

I like that it's external and a tial, but I hate how loud the damn thing is! People who don't know anything about turbos always think there's somthing wrong with my car. The damn thing drowns out the sound of the turbo spooling. I'm definitly getting it recirced very soon!
Aside from the sound of the wg, I also love RRM's kit! Best mod I ever did!

im supposed to get mine recirc'd this wednesday...but i might just wait till i dorp the carr off to turbotrix to have the intercooler done on saturday...but i'm with hobie....i can't stand the sound of the wastegate...

ya that venting sound is brutal, get it fixed ASAP
Makes the lancer sound a like a ricy civic hitting VTEC

Are you guys talking about the sound it makes when you blow out the boost? Like the flutter, or the whistle, or the loud pop? Or is this with spooling? im unaware that a turbo makes other noises then spooling or blow offs lol

When the waste gate opens it bleeds the excess exhaust so it doesn't turn the compressor wheel to fast. In this application this excess of exhaust is vented straight to the atmosphere bypassing the exhaust pipe. So it makes a sound. We are not talking about the BOV... we are talking WasteGate... don't forget

i just love this kit....i catch ppl off gaurd all the time....i had some ralliart try to race me....WHAT A JOKE....sorry RA guys....a boxer type s....scared an NSX driver...hah i would reconmend everyone get a turbo kit...
