Engine Bay Shot RRM Turbo installed *Requested*

t28 turbo kit was used for a 5 speed refabricated some pipes so they can fit my auto here are some pics requested by a user on the board

LOTL... the air filter placement, was that your only option? I was looking at the one posted on RRM's site, but it seems they had to replace the battery or something cause i don't see it in their picture.

I see the ICUP was refab. What about the Turbo inlet, was that one modified to give that 90 deg. angle? Were any other pipes fab'd? ( I need 2 know, cause my setup is coming soon)

yea the air filter was my only option without relocating the battery to the trunk or something like what rrm has on there website........and the up pipe was the only one that had to be fab'd, do you have someone to install your kit cause the kid that did mine did it fora good price if anything hit my up on my aim screen name A O Balla

that looks good but i got a question well its more like a correct me if im wrong. someone taught me on here that its bad to have the blow off valve after the mass air flow sensor because it is letting the air out before it gets to the tb which would cause the engine to run rich because there is less air coming in then what the MAF said there is. is this correct or total bs cuz it sounds logical

the kid that installed my turbo works for turbo trix, i would trust what he did

well eventually the rust is gonna eat through the pipe... clean that up man.. keep it lookin' pretty.

The reason he can run the BOV that way is because he is recirculating the air. He never losses the air as if he were to vent to atms. If he were to take the tube off from the BOV the car would surge and turn off. I have mine run the same way.
