If you have friends that are damn good at machine, go for it. IF you dont it'll cost you good to get the mani modified. Be aware of the angle of the turbo flange after cutting off the old flange and welding the new one on. If you have access to it, the best way is to spot weld the flange and manifold while in place so the angle is correct and the turbo isn't hitting the water line or the radiator.

yup. we will be able to mock up the turbo and manifold and spot weld everything in place. Then take it to a local shop to get it fully welded real clean. Ill probably end up using a megan SS mani and 4g94 SS flange like I said and was suggested. I think that is the best, easiest, cheapest way. Im just a little worried about moving the runner but ive been told its no big deal. My friend has welders and all tools to do this. He just built himself a custom gt35r turbo kit for his 87 rx7.
Ill look into a wrecked evo. $1,200 is real cheap. Im hopeing for around 2 grand with piggy and wideband.

If anyone is wanting to do this setup, and you have access to a CNC plasma cutter, i drew up a .dxf file that can be used for the 4g94 flange. It is going to need to be drilled and the ports will need to be opened up, but it worked quite well for me because i got the flange free this way. Just get them to cut it out of 3/8 stainless.
