Yet another 16g Lancer

Hey, im working on my 16g turbo for my Oz lancer. Just wanted to post to show my progress and add another (hopefully) successful install. Right now i have the exhaust manifold completed, tubo sitting in place, oil supply ran, slim fan installed, walbro installed, forge adjustable wastegate actuator ready to be popped in (putting in last because i left radiator in). I have lots of pictures, and a list of everything i have done so far that i will hopefully have time to post. Thanks alot to the members who have previously done this for answering a couple of my questions, and to this site who without makes stuff like this much harder.

If anyone is wanting to do this setup, and you have access to a CNC plasma cutter, i drew up a CAD .dxf file that can be used for the 4g94 flange. It is going to need to be drilled and the ports will need to be opened up, but it worked quite well for me because i got the flange free this way. Just get them to cut it out of 3/8 stainless.

oh just asking cause it seems like you relocated the battery, unless you just took it out and are putting it back in it's place.

I love the idea of using the Evo's parts on other cars. Nice use of the IC and piping. In fact, I have an Evo IC and piping I'll be using on a D-series Civic motor. If it'll hold near 300+hp stock, it'll definitely hold the 350 I'm aiming on the Civic...

I am going turbo. Just gathering up a few more pieces. Taking my time. Weather here in NY is wierd lately. So I need to part a good 1 or 2 days to do the install.

Plus, i wanna make sure I have EVERYTHING. really don't wanna be running back and forth, here and there, searching for missing pieces.

It'll get done.

I am using the Forge Adjustable wastegate, and asked them to change the spring out to a 7lb. spring. I absolutely love this setup, IC and piping basically lines up perfectly. The way i see it is that it would almost be foolish not to.

Its inevitable. You're gonna be makin home depot trips like its your job if you do it custom, especially with the piping haha. You have no idea how many times i hit up the plumbing section of my home depot when i did my turbo install. Nothing fits exactly like it did on paper
