i was taking off my intercooler piping today to look for leaks and to put all new couplers on. And there a good amount of oil in my piping and the intercooler. Is my turbo going bad or what else could it be??

Are you using an inlet oil restrictor? Probably some blown seals...

the piping coming from the turbo to the intercooler are wet, but the piping going from the intercooler to the intakemanfold are dry. The seals would go bad after about only 4,000 miles. also usinf turbo timer. Would that cause the car to misfire at idle are hesitate alittle. I don't think so but what do u think. Also im not using any oil. I have a miss at idle that will smooth out if i rev it or it will smooth out on it's own. But only for a few min and it starts up again. Also the car will hesitate alittle while keeping a constant speed. My a/f gauge will go between lean and rich like normal and then it will go full lean for a sec and then it will hesitate for a sec. I'v done plugs .030,wires,coils,maf comp check 195 all, etc. any sugg.

but bad seals won't make the car run bad will they. The car besides the misfire at idle has started to hesitate worse by the day at cruising speeds. It will go full lean to full rich and hesitate. Any ideas.

Get the turbo fixed and then see if you have the same problem. Either way you need to get the turbo fixed before it takes a crap and destroys your car in the process.

your turbo is fine, if it was blown you have oil and smoke (plenty of smoke) coming out the exhaust. It really is just blow by. The increase pressure causes it. Get a catch can and be done with it.
