thats a similar setup to what i wanted to run on my integra. high compression 10psi, and a gt28rs.

i wasn't shooting for more than 300whp, but i wanted the throttle response and no lag.

even though you're running a SOHC and 7psi, with the ported head you should easily make more than 200whp.
let us know how it goes!

What were your numbers?
I've actually got a dyno appointment this Saturday morning. I'm not sure how the chart's gonna look. I've got a wicked crack in my manifold right down the center weld. I've got an appointment at a shop the following Saturday for fab on a new manifold. I'm still using the junk Megan manifold with my flange. Megan = junk. I've welded cracks up at least a half dozen times. I'm getting a proper manifold made up. I'll make another appointment in a few weeks to get the dyno for 2 hours so I can do some more tuning.

I never liked the concept of FMUs. I've heard and read way too many stories about them failing at the worst of times. Both import and domestic.

So how you got your car running at 12psi and retarded timing without a dyno?

Street runs while using EvoScan for datalogging. Simple enough.

I'll put my numbers up either this weekend or Monday when I get to work. I'm going with my brother and his 350z and my friend and his '07 Civic Si. $90 for an hour, which equals 3 runs, which equals $30 a person. Not bad.

Oh yea. I know I own the Si. I kill my friend by 5-6 cars and keep pulling away. My brother hasn't given me a race yet. He's the kind of guy that only races when he knows he can win. So, by that idea I'm pretty flattered he thinks my little Lancer is faster. I've driven his car and I know what it can do. I really, really think we'd be pretty much even. His car pulls steady, but my car pulls harder only after the turbo spools up. Tough call.

Ok got back from the dyno people. Moment of truth. I have good and bad news.

Let start with good:
My engine did survive, but what better are the numbers: 206.4 whp and 223 ftlb. at 6.5 psi recorded by their computer. Power band is sick. Full torque is at 3500 and carries all the way. I'll post the sheet soon. Remember people this was on DynoDynamics dyno. Stock evo on that dyno pulls 205 awhp.

Now the bad news:
While driving home, I still took it slow. By my house I finally hit it. No whistle and no boost. Everything seems connected just fine. Dyno place was closing so I couldn't come back. I check the turbo itself tomorow.
