I have just looked at my set-up. Cold side of the turbo is perfect. All the vacuum is connected. I see the exhaust gas comming out of the dump tube.
The question is how can I know if my wastegate spring is bad? Right now it seems like that could be the only problem.
Vacuum reads the same as before.

Everything is connected.
How would I know that everything is right inside the wastegate (the spring)? I have never seen this inside before.
Also:
1) If I would need to swap the whole wastegate then can I get different one as long as it's 38mm?
2) Other people tell me that my spring might be fine just my wastegate is wide open? How can I check that?

If ur wastegate is open ur spring isn't fine, as it controls ur release point based on vaccume.
If u wanna just replace your wastegate, if the flanges are the same i reccomend tial, i have it and it seems dependable.

Yes it was used but for 2 weeks only. If it's only a spring then I just rather get another spring. I really don't feel like spending over $2XX for another wastegate.
I'll open the top of the wastegate tonight and see how it looks. Hopefully nothing else is broken in there.

38mm Turbonetics Ultragate Street
But if my diaphram would ripp then would that cause boost creep?
Someone else told me that my exhaust side of the turbo is shot, but then why I see gasses coming out of my dump tube while just slightly reving?
