^ok, but how would you explain this:

but then why I see gasses coming out of my dump tube while at idle or just by slightly reving?

Yes your wastegate is probably the issue.

Take her apart and make sure spring is set. Also, did the thing have a valve seat that went int between the wastegate and the pipe?

A guy here had that issue, and ended up selling the kit cuz he was retarded and couldn't figure out why he was slow

As I recall, yes there was. I mean, I did pull good numbers through more then 10 pulls. Something happened after that, while cruzing home.

I'll open the top of the wastegate once I get home.

Cold side is spinning, I didn't look at hot side yet.

But did his dump pipe was blowing exhaust gasses at idle?

im assuming if your turbo isnt running the exhaust will still be blowing. pull the turbo and check too see if your turbo is fine.

But it shouldn't be blowing through the dump pipe since wastegate should be closed, right? Dump pipe should blow the gasses only at WOT.

The dump pipe will exhale exhaust when it passes through the wastegate. The wastegate should not be opening at idle otherwise you will not allow your turbo to build any boost at any RPM or throttle position. Your wastegate is not working for some reason.

^That's what I thought. I'm really hoping that this is my problem.

Do you guys know which other wastegate I could use that would bolt up to my piping?

BTW, here is the dyno sheet. Please don't mind the rpm. For some reason it showed wrong rpm. Tune was done all the way to 6800rpm. A/F is not showing but it's low 11s because of the high compression.
Torque could have been even higher but we pulled alot of timing.

Below are my old NA numbers, lol. I only gained more than 100 torque to the wheels, lol.

206/223

I agree. I've never had any faith in FMUs. In your case it will be the weak link. With such a high compression and turbo the slightest failure in the FMU will mean the end of your motor.

The Tial 38mm might. You should take your Turbosmart one off and go to some shops to compare dimensions and locations of the inlet and outlet with other wastegates.
