Ya i just honed out the holes and ported the inlets so they lined up and had to notch out the one side for it to clear water pipe. Its a DSM header so its the same flange as the Evo sense the have a 4G63.

I took my block up to the machine shop this week but i found out i had to bore it out .020 over to clean up the cylinder walls.

You got STD pistons after you blow up that piston? Ouch man, those cyl walls are even lucky to be re-used seeing that carnage. Those rods and pistons are sick though! Even nicer than the SRPs and Eagles for my Civic build. Best of luck to yah!

quick question, how hard was it to convert to a returned fuel system? is it just a matter of running a fuel line and getting a second fitting on the fuel rail?

I used the 02-03 fuel rail and just drilled a hole in the fuel pump holder and put a brass fitting on it and ran 5psi fuel line. UPDATE my wiseco pistons where sent to me with stock bore and i haven't got the new ones yet and i leave tomorrow for Basic training and AIT so i'll start working on it in january when i get back.
