ya i think it can be either water cooled or oil cooled.

Like lancer2show said, the 16G6 turbo from the Evo is both oil and water cooled. For us Lancers we tap the heaters lines coming from the firewall for a coolant source and return. You can cut them, add a tee fitting and there you go.

i see, good info thanks, im just waiting to buy it until i can find some cheaper 16g flanges lol

They shouldn't spool in a parking lot or in reverse since the loads aren't high enough, I don't reach full boost in first or second for that very reason.
just a little correction.. SRT-4s are AWD too..
